AvantGold Jewelers would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please call us at 813-961-0097 and our sales specialists will assist you. You can also email us and we will respond back within 24 hours.

Our general return policy is as follows:

• Merchandise returned with the receipt within 30 days will received a full refund less shipping charges by way of the original method of payment.
• Merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition with all boxes and/or labels intact.
• Merchandise that was special ordered or customized in any way is not returnable or exchangeable.
• All "Closeout Corner" items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
• We recommend that you send back your return via insured parcel for your protection.
